These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Psychiatry Telemed website (psychiatrytelemed.com/) and our virtual psychiatric services. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
Services Overview
Psychiatry Telemed provides virtual psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management services to patients located in the state of Florida. All services are delivered by board-certified psychiatrists through HIPAA-compliant video technology. Services are not a substitute for emergency medical care.
Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals who: are physically located in the state of Florida at the time of their appointment, are 18 years of age or older (or have parental/guardian consent for patients ages 6–17), have access to a device with video and audio capabilities and a stable internet connection, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Appointments and Payments
Initial psychiatric evaluations are $200 for 60 minutes. Monthly medication management follow-ups are $100 for 30 minutes. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur the full appointment fee.

Individual outcomes depend on diagnosis, treatment compliance, and other clinical factors. We are not liable for treatment outcomes that vary from expectations.
Intellectual Property
All content on psychiatrytelemed.com/ — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Psychiatry Telemed or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

About Psychiatry Telemed
Psychiatry Telemed is a virtual psychiatric practice providing board-certified psychiatric care to patients across the state of Florida. All services are delivered through secure, HIPAA-compliant video technology by psychiatrists licensed in Florida and board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
Our services include comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and diagnosis, ongoing medication management, and specialized programs for anxiety and depression, mood disorders, ADHD, PTSD and trauma, addiction psychiatry, women’s mental health, geriatric psychiatry, and executive function challenges.
